Living in alignment with my deepest intentions is my daily practice; supporting women who prioritize personal growth and community service close the gap between where they are and where they want to be by cultivating habits that align with their deepest desires is my life’s work.
The Listen to Your Life Coaching process is based on my proven, I.AM Framework (Intention + Alignment + Mindfulness) that invites you to work at the very root of transformation to achieve extraordinary results and close the gap between where you are in life and where you want to be.
The I.AM framework integrates teachings, tools, strategies and accountability, all structured to help busy people like you get clarity on what really matters to you, align your goals and daily habits with your Intentions, and move through life with more purpose and resilience.

With clear Intentions, Inner Alignment is about shifting your mindset to deconstruct old ways of thinking and being that get in your way; Outer Alignment is about identifying goals and daily habits that support those Intentions.

Creating a system of accountability promotes self-discipline and supports you in establishing and maintaining consistent routines and habits that support your Alignment with Intentions.
Communities provide support as we navigate the daily stress, struggles and chaos of modern life. Belonging is primal, fundamental to our well-being which is why I started the L2YL Meetup group in 2009, now over 3100 members strong,
My intention for the L2YL Meetup is to be a safe space for people of all backgrounds to come together to: (1) share insights/lessons on the path to living meaningful, abundant, mindful lives; (2) offer support to each other as we navigate the ups and downs of life; (3) be in service to our communities.
Working with overwhelm is critical to moving forward and making consistent progress toward your goals. Our energy is THE most valuable resource we all have and without tools to help you manage overwhelm, our ability to be creative, stay inspired, make changes in our lives is affected significantly.
