What does a meaningful life look like to you? Setting Intentions is like setting the GPS for your life based on your passions, values, skills, personality.
With clear Intentions, Inner Alignment is about shifting your mindset to deconstruct old ways of thinking and being that get in your way; Outer Alignment is about identifying and taking consistent mini-actionsthat supports those Intentions.
Be present to your life as it unfolds in order to enjoy and adjust and you live with more Intention and Alignment. Research shows that mindfulness practice leads to more flexibility, improved concentration, mental clarity, emotional intelligence and the ability to relate to others and one's self with kindness, acceptance and compassion. Essential part of the process.
Creating a system of accountability promotes self-discipline and supports you in establishing and maintaining consistent routines and habits that support your Alignment with Intentions.
Communities provide support as we navigate the daily stress, struggles and chaos of modern life. Belonging is primal, fundamental to our well-being which is why I started the L2YL Meetup group in 2009, now over 3000 members strong!
